Meet high-school sweethearts Marie & Kyle. Who on the phone swore they were uncomfortable in front of the camera & were a bit hesitant…seriously, I don’t know why! These two fit together like salt & pepper. Construction paper & Elmer’s Glue. Christmas Trees & Sparkly Lights…..you get my drift…and I’m a bit sleep deprived this week….

See what I mean about fitting together? Come on! :0)

While Marie was doing a quick outfit change in the Panera bathroom {because that’s how we roll} – I was chatting with Kyle about her ring {his grandmother’s diamond- so sweet!}…and how they met in high-school…and he admitted that he still had the original note from 9 years ago tucked safely in his wallet….all these years…carrying it around…I popped back in the bathroom & borrowed the ring to grab this sweet shot….the BEST part? When Marie came back and realized what we were up to with her ring, she was surprised- she didn’t know he had that sweet note in his wallet all these years. <3

There was a lot of will-power in getting these shots…the stench was HORRENDOUS! But, well worth it!

I can’t wait to photograph Kyle & Marie’s 10 year anniversary AND wedding day in their hometown next summer! xoxo

Chloe & Matt were married just a few weeks ago overlooking the sea in South Hampton, New Hampshire. Chloe is my oldest {or longest, whichever!} friend- we’ve seen a lot & done even more since the 6th grade {4H, painful high school dances, UNH, minor car accidents, my wedding, the births of my boys}…..It was such an honor to stand by her side as she and Matt exchanged vows- but even more of an honor to document their love for them.

Dress: J. Crew. I’m still a bit jealous!

Both Matt & Chloe are writers- to there were lots of nods to their respective profession {which happened to bring them together in the first place!}

Flowers were done by the talented Betsy Brown of Flower Kiosk- Portsmouth, New Hampshire

Table cards & book plate favors <3

The wedding & reception took place at the home of Matt’s parents overlooking the ocean. The Sea Verge is an historic mansion & was the absolute dreamiest location for their wedding.

Chloe’s mom spent hours making this delicious cake! I LOVE the topper that was made by a local artist.

Meg & Skip had an absolutely amazing wedding yesterday in New London, New Hampshire….despite the drizzle, everyone had the best time! The ceremony was at the quaint First Baptist Church & the lovely reception was at the Lake Sunapee Country Club.

Meg met with her florist (CobbleStone Design of Concord) only one week prior to the wedding- and the results were amazing!

Meg and her sister reading a super sweet note from Skip…

The adorable note from Skip & Meg’s flowers….

Don’t be fooled by this photo…Skip was anything but relaxed!

Here comes the gorgeous, giddy bride…

Shot from the choir loft…(Total Side Note: The pastor had told me prior to the wedding that I was to find “one spot…and stay there” for the entire ceremony. Seriously? Impossible…so I snuck around like my church-mouse-self…..and after the ceremony? He actually thanked me for “staying in my position.” Ha! I was pretty much everywhere in that church!)

A very happy Meg & Skip!

Sweet Church Kisses….

The newlyweds…

Skip getting some very last minute driving instructions for the vintage Corvette!

Adorable wedding party (J. Crew dresses, ladies)…

Umbrella….once we took this out the drizzle let up again!

Mr. & Mrs. at the Lake Sunapee Country Club…

Meg & Skip

Mojito Bar…..so sad I wasn’t a guest :0)

Meg & Skip did all of the tables themselves…Amy Butler fabric table runners, birch bark holders, and adorable moss table markers….center-piece arrangements were done by a family friend.

The CUTEST cake EVER!!! (Meg found these birdie cake toppers Etsy at the Le Petit Oiseau Shop) Cake was made by Laura Powers & was delicious too!

Rings in the moss….

The band was The Real Deal from Burlington, Vermont- they were incredible!

First Dance….

Congratulations Meghan & Chris on your amazing day!
