This morning was very quiet {a rare thing around here} while all my boys & my grandmother {who is visiting} all slept in….I’m currently renting the Canon 85 mm. 1.2 & wanted to take the chance to try it out….here are a few quick shots I grabbed this morning….Toby Kitty posing in front of my birdcage in the dining room {Yes- that was from the shoot I did with with Emily & was a gift from her…thanks Em!}

Sweet, sleepy baby Henry.

Zinnia’s on my kitchen table….they didn’t grow as gloriously as I thought they would this year.

My cup of coffee {2nd, actually} on my robin’s egg blue dining room table {Nate is learning to love this?}
One of my many vintage cameras I have around my home office, thanks to my awesome brother-in-law Andy Campbell….hoping I can score some more this morning at the Landaff Fireman’s Auction before I head off to Vermont to document Gillian & Geoff’s wedding!
And yes- I think I am falling in love with this lens! {All these shots were shot at 1.2 aperture}

On Monday my little guy turned 6 months old….words really aren’t adequate to say how full my heart is as the mommy of two amazingly beautiful & happy boys. This past winter, after our long bed-rest journey, I was so convinced that that was no possible way that I could love this one as much as I already loved his big brother, Marcus. Seriously- I was very worried! Of course, I was wrong & each day I love each one of them a little bit more- which also seems impossible. I try not to post a million gazillion personal photos on this blog & keep it professional…but thought I’d share these quick shots from this morning.

The past several weeks I’ve been so busy, busy, busy taking photos of weddings, families, babies…..and I wanted to take a few brief moments this morning while his big brother was sleeping to grab a few of Henry at 6 whole months. He is quite possibly the happiest baby….he is always smiling….and he lights up whenever he sees Sparky, Daddy, me….or even complete strangers :0)

Henry….you are now, and always will be my little Henry P. Wiggles….the happiest baby in the State of New Hampshire.
I love you and Sparky to the moon and back. xoxo

Betsy & Jim were married at Betsy’s childhood home on {very} warm day in September in Maine.

Betsy getting dressed in her old bedroom….

Betsy & Jim opted for a 1st look- to make sure they had time to get all the family portraits done before hand….since light was a small issue for a late afternoon wedding….

Two little boys in snazzy ties handing out programs & bubbles…

Betsy’s dad escorting her down the front walk-way of their home….

to the perfect location for a ceremony…..

Guests were shaded by the giant trees….

Betsy’s is from a family of potato farmers- so it was a perfect fit that the seating cards were fastened to little sacks of red potatoes!

The rings nestled in potatoes….I couldn’t resist!

A friend that is a graphic designer made these adorable pint glasses with Jim & Betsy’s dogs….

Betsy’s family owns Cold River Vodka….blueberry was the drink of the night!

There were apple trees and grapevines on the property….

Congratulations Jim & Betsy on your amazing day! xoxo
